Ma'an Gaza - The National Organization for Democracy and Law condemned armed groups who closed the Central Elections Commission in Rafah Wednesday.
Employees of the southern Gaza Strip office were forced to leave their offices, while the unknown armed persons remained on the roof of the building.The organization issued a statement considering what happened as a ‘dangerous intervention in the electoral process.’
The National Organization for Democracy and Law called on Palestinian Security forces to hold on to the letter of the law in taking to task those who are exercising such illegal operations.They considered the elections as the only way to end lawlessness and security problems facing Palestinians lands.
