Ma'an Ramallah – Israeli forces killed a nine year old Palestinian child from Al Maghyer Village near Ramallah Monday night.
Soldiers in a military jeep opened fire on two children near the Jewish settlement of Shiloh, located near Ramallah. Soldiers killed one child and critically injured the other.
The soldiers claim they thought the children were resistance fighters planning to place a bomb near the settlement. They blamed their equipment, claiming it left them incapable of accurately identifying the children.
