Israeli Foreign Ministry expects Israeli government to freeze PA customs tax

Ma'an – The Israeli Foreign Affairs Ministry suspects the Israeli government of freezing more Palestinian funds.

A spokesperson for the Israeli Ministry told Israeli Radio Tuesday that the money is question is related to the monthly custom's taxes owed to the Palestinian Authority. The Israeli Foreign Ministry issued the accusation upon Hamas' major success in the Palestinian Legislative Council elections.

The spokesman of the Israeli Foreign Affairs Ministry said that acting Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert will review the decision whether to freeze or transfer the PA money.
