Ma'an – After 10 years of negotiations, some Palestinian political prisoners subjected to torture in Israeli prisons are being compenstated.
Israeli sources reported that the Israeli Military Ministry is compensating 28 Palestinians victims of beatings and torture in Israeli interrogation centers.
To compensate for physical and psychological affects, the Israeli Ministry is paying-out 2.4 million USD to 28 Palestinian victims of torture.
The complainants were represented by Public Prosecution attorney Yael Tanabaum and a Palestinian lawyer with Israeli identification, Bishara Jabeli.
