Israeli military asks UNRWA employees to leave Balata Refugee Camp

Nablus (Ma'an) – Israeli military units asked foreign employees of the UNRWA to leave Balata Refugee Camp in southern Nablus immediately Monday afternoon.

A UNRWA manager, who asked to remain anonymous, said that he arrived in Balata in order to prevent employees from leaving the area. He said that the UNRWA is a humanitarian organization that has no connection to fighting between Israel and Palestine.
