Bethlehem (Ma'an) – Palestinian sources reported to Ma'an News that President Abbas issued a presidential decree to promote Colonel Rashid Abu Shiback (Abu Hatem) to the head of Preventative Security in the Gaza Strip.
Abu Hatem will oversee internal security throughout the Gaza Strip and West Bank.
Abbas also moved Minister of Youth and Sport, Sakher Bseiso, to the head of the Department of Crossing Security.
