Ma'an-On Saturday 3 June, Tel Aviv and Ramallah will witness joint protests against the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territories occupied 39 years ago, in June 1967.
A coalition of Israeli and Palestinian peace and civil society organisations have arranged for this dual protest to mark the 39 years of occupation and call for an end to the sanctions and siege of the Palestinian people. The protestors will also be calling for the start of unconditional negotiations with Palestinians' elected leaders.
In Tel Aviv, the protest march will begin at 19:00 from Rabin Square and will end at the Tel Aviv Museum at 20:00 with speeches by prominent Israeli peace activists such as the former Israeli minister Shulamit Aloni.
