Ramallah - Ma'an - The Palestinian National Initiative, the movement led by Dr. Mustafa Barghouthi, has on Wednesday organized a sit-in strike in the centre of Ramallah, in the centre of the occupied West Bank, in protest against the inter-Palestinian fighting in the Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian Legislative Council member, Dr Mustafa Barghouthi, addressed the crowds, urging them to exert pressure for the establishment of a unity government. He assured that the Palestinian political battle must be against the Israeli occupation,
Sheikh Tawfiq Abu Hashim and Sheikh Ata al-Muhtasib appealed to Palestinian President Abbas, and Prime Minister Haniyeh, to promote dialogue, they also appealed to the people to spare Palestinian blood and 'arrange the ranks' to counter the Israeli occupation.
